I believe movement is medicine and that Pilates has the power to strengthen both body and mind. I trained with London Pilates Academy, where I continue to develop my skills through Reformer Pilates training. My classes are welcoming, energetic and thoughtfully paced, combining strong foundations with mindful movement to help you build strength, mobility and confidence, so you leave feeling stronger, more balanced and more connected to yourself
