For almost 30 years, I worked as a television editor, shaping stories that informed, entertained, and connected with people. That job taught me a lot about creativity, patience, and collaboration. These lessons still show up in how I teach Pilates today. I believe Pilates should be positive and purposeful. Every client deserves instruction that meets them where they are and advances their practice safely. I am committed to creating sessions that build real strength and confidence, leaving clients inspired to keep moving forward in all aspects of their lives.
