I'm back. of fitness with certification of nutrition, nutrigenomics & nutrigenetics. I teach multiple styles of exercises (cardio, functional training, strength training, personal training...) and I combine yoga & pilates in my workouts. I call it fusion pilates :) I believe a strong core is the basic of everything. It rebalances the body in its correct skeletal alignment. Raises your awareness of your body & mind connection. You will feel better, look better and move more efficiently. :)
