Hi! I’m a full time traveling Pilates instructor, comprehensively certified in all apparatus. My mission is my passion: To travel the world teaching people what I know & learning from them what I do not. My teaching style is fun & challenging! I teach Joe’s classic exercises as well as fusion classes with strength training & props. I teach an amazing foam rolling class too! My clients’ ages range from 19-82.
