Hi! I'm a full-time traveling Pilates instructor, comprehensively certified in all apparatus. My mission is my passion: to travel the world teaching people what I know and learning from them what I do not. My teaching style is fun and challenging! I teach Joe's classic exercises as well as fusion classes with strength training and props. I teach an amazing foam rolling class too! My clients' ages range from 19-82.
