I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Tru Yoga in April of 2022. I was trained in a power vinyasa style, which is the style I most commonly practice. I like flow-based classes with the sequence relating and leading up to a peak pose. I like to walk throughout the room as I teach instead of practicing at the front of the room to make sure I’m teaching to the bodies in the room. I try to make adjustments to my sequence during class if the students need more or less of a challenge.
