Bio

I'm a certified Pilates Educator and Barre Instructor who studied the Balanced Body Pilates Method. My practice began with dance, and I discovered the benefits of Pilates while searching for a way to strengthen my body and avoid injury. I bring a vibrant atmosphere to the classroom while concentrating on the principles of proper biomechanics, crafting sequences that teach clients to move with more efficiency, imparting comfort, healing, strength, and empowerment through movement. Because when we can do what we love more often and with greater ease, the whole world looks like a jungle gym.
