Shea

Hi! My name is Shea and I am from Plano, Texas. I will be moving to Austin in a couple weeks to begin graduate school. This past year I began taking reformer pilates and was instantly hooked. I took my first 50 classes within 2 months of beginning, most days taking 2 classes. Before this, I rarely worked out and never enjoyed it when I did. I want others to be able to experience the same excitement I did when I found reformer pilates!
