Hello, I am a qualified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor. I qualified with Unite Health in Melbourne and am also currently doing my Pilates diploma with Pilates ITC. I incorporate a range of styles depending on the class including flow, dynamic, athletic, strenght, stretch and cardio.
