Polestar Certified Instructor on ALL apparatuses - mat, reformer, trapeze table, chair, ladder barrel, and spine corrector. Prior to my certification, I have practied for 18 years in NYC at Sal Anthony’s, Leslie Powell’s studio in Flatiron, and Chelsea Movements until my current studio, Nice & Tall (previosly Rolates). I am a media executive by day, looking to teach some group classes or privates at nights and on weekends.
