Tabatha Russell, M.A., is a Balanced Body Master Educator, NPCP Board Member, and founder of tabPILATES & Bodyworks Center. With over 30 years of Pilates teaching experience, a B.A. in Dance, and an M.A. in Education, she blends artistry, precision, and pedagogy to create inclusive, real-world teacher training programs. Tabatha is dedicated to making Pilates education accessible and empowering instructors to teach with confidence and purpose.
