Hello!! ☀️☀️I am a HCPC registered Physiotherapist and APPI trained Pilates instructor. I most enjoy teaching small group, 1 on 1 and clinical pilates classes. My passion is helping people rehabilitate from injuries, which is complimented by my physiotherapist background.
