Senior fitness and wellness leader with 25+ years of experience across Australia, Asia Pacific and the GCC, with a strong mix of club operations, new-site openings, program development, people leadership and commercial management. Currently leading the female fitness department for a premium multi-site fitness and spa brand in Riyadh. Working across projects, procurement, finance, HR, IT and marketing to deliver new clubs and improve operational performance. New club openings: Supported the opening of four sites in Saudia Arabia and four in Hong Kong.Working with project management, procurement teams, upper management and suppliers to achieve opening deadlines. Working on seven further sites in the pipeline, as of August 2026. Workforce planning: Created workforce plans, forecasting headcounts and associated costs. Recruited&onboarded 100 staff.
