Classical Pilates that uplifts mind, body, and spirit. I received my certificates as a Pilates instructor through one of the best studios in Brooklyn and Manhattan (completed 500+ hours teacher training), currently teaching Classical style Pilates both in English and Japanese. I also work as a senior consultant in the global health advocacy field. I did my international community health education degree at NYU—now my passion to support people attain health and wellness is connected through my two professions.
