I teach mostly Contemporary Pilates at this time. One of my current home studios is a Balanced Body Studio the other is a contemporary reformer & functional fitness based studio. I am trained on Caddillac/RTC, Ladder Barrel, Tower, Reformer, Mat, Exo Chair, Spring Board, Trigger Point & Foam Rolling, TRX, and JumpBoard. Outside of Pilates I have a background in Performance, various forms of Dance, and functional fitness. I enjoy bringing inclusivity and a welcoming environment for my clients.
