I specialize in creating custom yoga, Pilates and fitness programs for all body types and all ages. I utilize the following modalities in my practice: therapeutic Hatha yoga, classical Pilates, traditional strength and conditioning (weight training), aerial yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP), SUP yoga, and cardio-respiratory fitness exercise (cycling, running, rowing and kickboxing). I have a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. I’ve taught group fitness for almost two decades, and I’ve been personal training for over 10 years.
