I am a classically trained Level V Pilates teacher. I love my classical foundation; however, I have loved all different styles of teaching and incorporate them into my own teaching. I love teaching all apparatuses: Cadillac, chair, reformer, mat, and have recently done teacher training for Core Align from Balanced Body.
