I am currently a freelance independent dance performer, as well as barre and pilates instructor. I specialize in Womens’ health (pre/post-natal pilates), injury rehabilitation as well as strengthening. My style of teaching is much more functional and less classical as I strongly believe that everybody’s bodies are absolutely different, therefore, workout plans would vary accordingly to each client’s body type and needs!
