I am currently a freelance independent dance performer, as well as a barre and pilates instructor. I specialize in women's health (pre/post-natal pilates), injury rehabilitation, as well as strengthening. My style of teaching is much more functional and less classical, as I strongly believe that everybody's bodies are absolutely different; therefore, workout plans would vary accordingly to each client's body type and needs!
