About Us Club Pilates is a leader in boutique fitness, offering high-quality, reformer-based group Pilates classes in a welcoming and community-driven environment. We are growing and looking for passionate instructors to join our teams in Old Town Alexandria and our Fair Lakes (Fairfax) studio.
Position Summary We are seeking enthusiastic, high-energy Pilates instructors who are committed to helping members feel stronger, more confident, and supported in their fitness journey. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, brings positive energy to every class, and delivers a consistent, high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead safe, effective, and engaging group Pilates classes for all levels Provide hands-on corrections and clear instruction to members Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio environment Build relationships with members to support retention and community Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio space Stay aligned with Club Pilates programming and teaching standards
Qualifications Full Pilates certification (minimum 450 hours preferred) Experience teaching group reformer classes Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy, reliable, and professional Passion for fitness, wellness, and member experience Availability to meet studio scheduling needs (see below)
Permanent Shift Availability
Old Town Alexandria Studio Wednesdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thursdays: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM Fridays: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Requirement: Minimum of 2 weekends per month
Fair Lakes (Fairfax) Studio Tuesdays: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM Wednesdays: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Requirement: Minimum of 2 weekends per month
