Studio Manager Pilates Job in Baltimore

Ébène is hiring a Studio Manager, a hybrid role combining both teaching and studio management with a 25-30 hours per week commitment comprised of approximately 8-10 hours of teaching and 15 hours of administrative/operational work (weekly meeting with Owner/Training Manager/Instructors).

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is people-centered, and passionate about building community both inside and outside the studio. Someone who can lead classes, support daily operations, and help shape the experience that makes Ébène feel like home.

The ideal candidate is comprehensively certified in Pilates with a strong management background. We're looking for someone who loves movement, values connection, and understands the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive space for both clients and team members.
