Hiring Full Time Barre Instructor
We are looking for a full-time certified Barre Instructor who can confidently teach both formats and deliver structured, high-quality classes in a boutique studio environment.
This role is ideal for an instructor who is passionate about technique, musicality, and client transformation and who wants to grow within a strong, female-led wellness brand.
Responsibilities
- Teach Barre classes with strong musical flow
- Ensure proper form correction and client safety
- Create engaging, structured, progressive classes
- Maintain a premium and welcoming studio atmosphere
- Support studio growth through retention and community building
Requirements
- Certified in Barre (mandatory)
- Based in Dubai
- Minimum 6 months to 1 years teaching experience
- Strong cueing and hands-on correction skills
- Confident, professional, and polished presence
- Team player with growth mindset
