What You'll Do Lead safe, challenging, and inspiring group Pilates classes. Teach across a variety of apparatus including Reformer, Chair, Mat, and other equipment (based on experience). Deliver the Elevate Pilates experience through intentional coaching, thoughtful programming, and personalized client attention and community building. Build lasting relationships with clients and foster an inclusive, welcoming community. Arrive prepared, maintain studio standards, and contribute to a positive team culture. Participate in continuing education, instructor development, team meetings, and community events. Support fellow instructors by subbing classes and collaborating as a team.

What We're Looking For Comprehensive Pilates certification (450+ hours preferred) through a recognized training program. Experience teaching group Pilates classes. Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, movement mechanics, and modifications. Comfortable teaching multiple pieces of Pilates equipment, including Reformer and Chair. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Positive, professional, and dependable. Passion for creating an elevated client experience. A team-first mindset with a desire to continue learning and growing.

Bonus Qualifications Experience with prenatal/postnatal clients. Background in movement, dance, fitness, physical therapy, or rehabilitation. CPR/AED certification. Availability for mornings, evenings and weekends.
