Studio Manager (Pilates)

The Health Hub plans to launch in November — and we have a lot of work to do. We are looking for a full-time Studio Manager to help open and grow our Pilates studio. Position Overview

We are seeking a certified Pilates instructor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Pilates studio. This is a hands-on role that combines teaching, scheduling, client experience, and growing the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Pilates studio
• Create and maintain class schedules
• Teach classes as needed
• Build and retain clientele
• Deliver a high-quality, welcoming experience for all clients
• Work closely with ownership on studio goals and performance
• Drive class fill rates and membership growth

Requirements

• Reformer and Mat Pilates certification required
• Experience teaching group classes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and client-focused
• Comfortable working with a mixed client base, including older adults and restorative clients

Compensation Full-time position with an experience driven base salary of $38,000–$45,000 per year, plus performance bonuses tied to class fill rates and studio growth. Total earning potential approximately $44,000–$55,000. Flexible schedule, complimentary classes, and support for continuing education included.
