Premier Pilates is a new studio in the Princeton, NJ area, offering private sessions, small group reformer classes, small group mat classes. At Premier Pilates, our focus is on creating a supportive and personalized experience for every client. Our group reformer classes are limited to 4 students, so we can provide tailored instruction for every body, making classes feel like a private session. With instruction rooted in precision and an attention to detail, client’s develop a deeper connection to their core and body as a whole.
