Reformer & Mat Instructor Pilates Job in Muscat

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic instructor to join our growing team. As an instructor at Studio Karve, you will be responsible for leading high-quality transformer classes, providing individualized guidance, and ensuring a positive and engaging client experience. This role requires a deep understanding of pilates techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities Class Instruction:

• Lead group classes and private sessions tailored to clients’ needs and fitness levels.
• Design and deliver safe, effective, and creative workouts based on the Karve method.
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate clients with varying abilities. Client Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Monitor clients’ progress, offer constructive feedback, and encourage continued improvement.
• Address individual concerns and goals to enhance client satisfaction. Studio Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Head Trainer and other team members to maintain class quality.
• Collaborate on studio events, workshops, and special sessions.
• Assist with promoting studio programs and services. Safety and Cleanliness:
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
• Ensure compliance with studio safety protocols and proper equipment use.
• Identify any potential risks and take action to prevent injuries. Development and CPD
• Attend regular upskilling sessions
• Take part in classes regularly to maintain own technique and skill level
• Attend monthly team meetings

Preferred Skills and Requirements

• Level 3 certified Pilates or personal trainer instructor
• Previous experience teaching group classes or private sessions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients through effective coaching.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PLI up to 5 million worth of cover
