Pilates Instructor – Club Pilates

Club Pilates is looking for passionate, energetic Pilates Instructors to join our team! We’re a well-established, nationwide brand focused on making Pilates accessible, welcoming, and effective for clients of all ages and experience levels. Our studios offer a supportive environment where instructors can grow their teaching skills, build relationships with members, and develop their careers within the Club Pilates community.

As an Instructor, you’ll lead safe, engaging group Reformer classes of up to 12 clients, creating an experience that is both challenging and approachable. You may also have opportunities to teach private, semi-private, demo, and other sessions. Beyond teaching, our instructors help create a great studio experience by keeping equipment and spaces safe and organized, welcoming and checking in members, and supporting membership and retail sales when needed.

We’re looking for instructors with a *full-apparatus Pilates certification and 450+ hours of training/experience (or equivalent)

• who have experience teaching group classes and are confident leading Reformer sessions. The ideal instructor is positive, motivating, reliable, and passionate about helping clients feel successful. We value strong customer service, clear communication, and instructors who bring a contemporary, creative approach to their teaching while maintaining safe and effective movement practices.

We’re hiring for a variety of schedules, with the greatest needs currently being *early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings during the week, as well as morning and midday weekend classes.

• There is flexibility depending on your availability, and we’re open to instructors looking to build a consistent schedule over time.

Compensation ranges from $30–$55 per hour, including commission, depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Instructors also have access to a 401(k) plan and free, unlimited Club Pilates classes.
