It’s an intentional space where clients come to reconnect, strengthen, reset, and restore.\n\nWe are currently hiring founding Reformer Pilates instructors to help shape the experience, energy, and community of Peace from the very beginning.\n\nThe Role\nAs a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Peace, you’ll guide clients through thoughtful, well-paced classes that prioritize form, connection, and a deeper mind-body experience.\n\nOur studio is equipped with premium reformers with towers, allowing for a seamless and elevated class experience without constantly transitioning off the machine. We value intentional programming over high-intensity burnout — helping clients build strength, awareness, and confidence over time.\n\nWhat Makes This Role Different\nThis is not a high-volume, transactional studio model.\n\nWe are building a space where:\n\nClasses are intentional, not rushed\nClients are supported, not pushed\nInstructors are respected as professionals, not just scheduled\n\nYou’ll be part of a studio that integrates:\n\nReformer Pilates for strength and alignment\nInfrared yoga for flexibility, recovery, and nervous system support\nThe Harmonic Egg® for deep relaxation and reset\n\nOur goal is to support the whole person — and that includes our instructors.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead safe, engaging Reformer Pilates classes for all levels\nProvide modifications and hands-on guidance when appropriate\nCreate a welcoming, grounded, and inclusive environment\nSupport clients in building strength, confidence, and body awareness\nArrive prepared and contribute to a calm, professional studio atmosphere\n\nQualifications\n\nCertified Reformer Pilates Instructor\nStrong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and cueing\nAbility to work with beginners
