Pilates Teacher

Balance Pilates in Redmond is looking for an experienced Pilates instructor to join our studio family 🤍

We are a small boutique studio focused on personalized attention, positive energy, thoughtful movement, and creating a warm welcoming environment for both clients and teachers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of teaching experience
• Can teach Reformer, Tower, and Chair classes
• Can confidently lead small group classes of up to 5 clients
• Is comfortable teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
• Knows how to truly see the person in front of them and adapt the session accordingly
• Can build smart, balanced, and safe classes
• Is comfortable with hands-on corrections
• Has a calm, grounded, and positive presence
• Is patient, reliable, professional, and looking for a long-term home

Current need is mainly afternoon/evening hours (approximately 3pm–8pm).
