Job Description
General Manager – Amara Cor Pilates
Amara Cor Pilates is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to help lead and grow our boutique Pilates studio in La Jolla.
20+ hours/week | $20–$25/hour + commission
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day studio operations
- Membership, package & private training sales
- Lead follow-up and client retention
- Social media & marketing
- Grassroots outreach, events & community partnerships
- Supporting overall studio growth and revenue
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of fitness studio experience, strong business and sales skills, social media savvy, organized, outgoing, and self-motivated.
You’ll work closely with the owner of Amara Cor, with opportunities for growth after 60 days.
