Reformer Pilates Instructor (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead engaging group classes and private sessions, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Our studio teaches modern Pilates flows rooted in classical Pilates principles using Balanced Body equipment.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience teaching Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, or a related movement modality Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed Strong understanding of Pilates principles, body mechanics, alignment, and safe movement practices Excellent communication and motivational skills Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development Availability to teach early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends Availability to teach at least 4 classes per week Preferred Qualifications
Reformer Pilates certification Experience leading group Reformer Pilates classes Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention Experience building client relationships and fostering community Responsibilities
Lead safe, effective, and engaging Reformer Pilates group classes and private sessions Provide clear instruction, hands-on guidance when appropriate, and exercise modifications for various fitness levels Educate clients on proper technique, body awareness, and movement principles Create a positive and motivating class experience that encourages client retention and progress Maintain studio equipment and uphold studio standards Support studio events, member engagement initiatives, and overall community growth If you are passionate about movement, committed to continuous learning, and excited to inspire others through Pilates, we'd love to hear from you.
