Classical Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor

Studio Sway is seeking a passionate and professional Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor to join our boutique Classical Pilates studio in Seguin, TX. We specialize in small group, hands-on instruction rooted in Joseph Pilates' intended movement principles, with a strong focus on proper technique, strength, posture, mobility, and long-term movement health.

Ideal candidates should have Pilates teaching experience, strong cueing abilities, professionalism, reliability, and a desire to create a welcoming, elevated client experience. Classical Pilates training is preferred, but we are open to instructors who are eager to continue learning and growing within our studio environment.

Responsibilities include teaching safe and effective group Reformer and Mat classes, providing modifications when needed, maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere, and helping clients feel confident and successful in their movement practice.
