The Pilates Vault is Statesville’s premier, independent "Quiet Luxury" Reformer sanctuary. We are the definitive "Anti-Gym". We completely reject toxic fitness culture, competitive leaderboards, loud music, and crowded rooms. Instead, we provide an intimate, dim, atmospheric sensory oasis strictly capped at 9 Balanced Body 'Allegro 2' beds per class.

Why Instructors Choose The Vault

The 25-Minute Reset Buffer: Unlike franchise studios that force a frantic 5-minute room "flip," we mandate a 25-minute buffer between every single class. This allows you to mentally reset, hydrate, connect authentically with clients, and keep the studio immaculate without rushing. The "No-Demo" Standard: You aren't here to exhaust yourself; you are here to lead. Our S.O.P. dictates that instructors spend 90% of their time walking the room, providing hands-on tactile form corrections and specific spring cues to protect your physical longevity. Ancillary Midday Revenue: We run a strict block schedule, closing public group classes from 10:35 AM to 4:30 PM. You will have exclusive access to utilize our luxury facility during this midday block to train your own 1-on-1 private clients, keeping the majority of your revenue while setting your own premium rates (typically $85–$120/hr). Flexibility & On-Call Expectations

Because this block spans both mid-week mornings and weekends, it requires our most adaptable and flexible instructors. You must be fully comfortable with a fluid schedule and operating on an on-call basis to accommodate shifting weekend demands, cover vacancies, and ensure our sanctuary doors remain open whenever our members need us.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Deliver elite, safe, and beautifully sequenced 50-minute flows tailored to our core formats (Vault Foundations, Vault Flow, and Vault Power), including our signature candlelit Sunday Restore session. Alleviate first-class anxiety by delivering our signature "Concierge Intake Protocol," giving new members a warm welcome and a 2-minute reformer orientation. Maintain absolute brand consistency—ensuring atmospheric dimmed lighting, proactive name recognition, and meticulous care for our members. Requirements
