Job Description
Role Overview As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will lead small-group reformer classes in a warm, encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging, safe, and effective small-group Reformer Pilates classes
- Provide personalized cueing, modifications, and progressions to meet each client’s needs
- Create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that aligns with our values of connection and encouragement
- Maintain studio equipment and uphold safety standards
- Build relationships with clients and contribute to our community-focused culture
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training Qualifications
- Comprehensive Pilates certification with strong emphasis on Reformer training (minimum 450+ hours preferred)
- Experience teaching group reformer classes
- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Warm, motivating teaching style with excellent communication skills
- Passion for women’s health, community, and faith-aligned wellness is a plus
