Our clean, modern studio offers small group mat and Apparatus (Reformer/Tower) classes, duets, trios, and private sessions using the Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair. We also offer teacher training.
All sessions are taught in English by highly trained instructors who stay true to the integrity of the original Pilates method, with a focus on safety, functional fitness, and personalized attention.
