Pilates Instructor
Job Description
Pilates Tiburon (Firon Fitness) is seeking skilled Pilates Instructors for group classes, private, and semi-private sessions!
We are looking to fill 3-hour time blocks on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Sunday morning. Each time block includes at least one Group Reformer class as well as private session availability.
We’re Looking For certified Pilates instructors experienced in:
- Reformer
- Mat
- Trapeze Table
- Chair
- Barrel
We also offer Barre and Yoga; certification in either is a bonus.
We’re seeking instructors who are:
- Experienced in teaching both group classes and private sessions
- Confident and professional with clear verbal cueing and respectful, effective tactile cueing
- Skilled at maintaining strong class flow with thoughtful preparation
- Able to tailor private sessions to meet each client’s individual needs
Experience with rehabilitation-based Pilates, general fitness applications, and MindBody software is a plus.

We are currently the only Pilates studio in Tiburon or Belvedere and have built a loyal client base by consistently offering high-quality private and group instruction.
