We are an old woman personal training studio. We offer four different types of training: Pilates reformer, functional movement pilates, one-on-one training, and small group training. We also offer large group classes from Zumba, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, kickboxing, etc. We have a full gym with equipment. We also have a sauna. All our instructors will have full access to the studio to come and work out on their own time.
