We are a full equipment Pilates studio that instructs reformer classes, chair classes, mat classes and all private sessions as well. There is a Physical therapy area that also has a reformer used for rehab, so our clients have a chance to experience movement in a pain free plan of care when needed before moving to Pilates instructor privates or classes. We offer a flexible scheduling with online virtual instruction capabilities as well.
