We are a full equipment Pilates studio that instructs reformer classes, chair classes, mat classes, and all private sessions as well. There is a physical therapy area that also has a reformer used for rehab, so our clients have a chance to experience movement in a pain-free plan of care when needed before moving to Pilates instructor privates or classes. We offer flexible scheduling with online virtual instruction capabilities as well.
