Full service boutique studio with 3 V2 Max Refs w/ towers, 1 Rehab V2 Max Ref w/ tower, 1 Cad, 3 Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Barre, etc…(fully equipped). Looking for certified Pilates instructor or Physical Therapist who is interested in building their own business and needs access to a studio space with reliable equipment. Must have state/city business license, insurance, and ability to manage their own clients. Flat rate per hour rent (contact for more info). This is a space/equipment rental only and not an offer of employment.
