We Move Denison

We Move Denison is a state-of-the-art integrative somatic movement studio. We offer an alternative approach to fitness, rehabilitation, pain management, and long-term body–mind health. Our studio provides Pilates (Mat & Apparatus) group and private sessions, the GYROTONIC® Method, Vinyasa Yoga, somatic and trauma-informed restorative and yin yoga, as well as myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. Our approach blends mindful movement, rehabilitation principles, and whole-body wellness to support strength, recovery, and lasting wellbeing for people of all ages and abilities.
